When you look in a toilet and see limescale buildup or rust, do you wonder what product would be best to clean it? Well, as a professional cleaning service, we are here to help so you can get the right product for the job.
Also, you can be confident if you hire our cleaning service.
There are two types of acid bowl cleaners. The two types are hydrochloric or phosphoric acid.
What's the difference?
Hydrochloric acid
It is a bowl cleaner we can use if you have a lot of buildup of limescale or rust. Or if you have a building that has been empty for a while and the toilet bowls look bad. Hydrochloric acid is a very strong acid. It will turn stainless steel black. So we highly recommend you do not use it except in a toilet bowl.
Also wear proper personal protective equipment when using any cleaning agent.
Also, follow all manufacturer directions.
Phosphoric acid
We should use a maintenance schedule to keep the limescale and rust removed. Phosphoric acid is better to use if you think it will come into contact with any stainless steel. Always wear personal protective equipment when working with cleaning agents.
Here at Clean and Thankful Cleaning Services, we also have a YouTube channel about hydrochloric and phosphoric acid. You can click the link below to watch the video on our YouTube channel.
